Jan. 6:

Traffic stop: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a violation. The female driver was arrested for DUI 1st offense.

Jan. 7:

Trespassing: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd.  casino on a trespass call. One male was issued a citation for trespass.

Weapon offense: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino on a trespass call. One male was arrested for a weapons offense.

Lost property: Report taken on lost license plate.

Fighting: Responded to a Pheasant Dr. residence on report of fight. One citation issued.

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers responded to a vehicle accident involving two vehicles at an intersection. One Female was issued a citation for failure to yield.

Suspicious person: Officers responded to an apartment complex reference a suspicious incident. A report was completed.

Alarm: Officer responded to a Palmer Ln. burglar alarm. Officer found an open door and observed some vandalism which occurred. Detectives were notified to take over the investigation.

Jan. 8:

Controlled substance problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop on the Interstate for a traffic violation and observed signs of illegal activity. During a search of the vehicle, approximately 60 lbs of marijuana and several pounds of concentrated THC oil was located. The male driver and passenger were both arrested for trafficking marijuana.

Runaway juvenile: Officers assisted in locating a runaway juvenile. An information report was completed.

Attempt to locate: Officers located a man missing out of Arizona at a local casino. Man got a room at the casino and is awaiting a family member.

Fraud: Detective took a report of fraud, which took place at a W. Mesquite Blvd. casino.

Wanted person: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. apartment complex reference a male refusing to leave the property. One adult male was arrested on a warrant issued by the Mesquite Municipal Court.

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officers responded to a traffic accident involving two vehicles. No injuries were report and one adult male was issued a citation for following too close.

Jan. 9:

Agency assistance: Officers stopped a vehicle, in reference to two subjects with felony warrants.

An adult male subject was taken into custody and held for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, who had probable cause for an arrest.

Jan. 10:

Traffic accident w/o injury: Officer responded to an intersection for a report of a traffic accident involving two vehicles, no injuries report. Officer completed a traffic accident report.

Stalking: An officer responded to a Prosperity Ln. residence reference a suspicious incident. An information report was completed.

Weapon offense: An officer responded to a local hospital to take a report of a weapons offense from an accidental discharge of a firearm.

Theft: An officer was dispatched to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business, in reference to theft.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a N. Grapevine Dr. residence, in reference to a domestic dispute.

Jan. 11:

Trespassing: An officer was dispatched to a W. Mesquite Blvd. casino, in reference to a trespass.  An adult male subject was cited and released for trespassing.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd.  business reference a trespass violator. One male was cited for trespassing.

Burglary: An officer responded to a N. Sandhill Blvd. gas station reference a male subject attempting to steal items from the store and tampering with motor vehicles. The male was arrested for burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle.

Theft: Officer responded to a report of a theft. The offender was a juvenile who was issued a citation.

Hit & Run: An officer responded to a W. Pioneer Blvd.  supermarket on a report of a hit and run accident.

Missing person: Officer responded to a report of a missing person. Individual who is missing has medical issues and cannot be located by the reporting person. Subject was entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a casino in reference to a trespass violation. One male adult was cited and released for trespassing.

Controlled substance problem: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Upon investigation one female was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and traffic violations.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to the intersection of Pioneer Boulevard and Mesa Boulevard involving a two vehicle accident. One female driver was cited for a traffic offense.

DUI: An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense.  The driver, an adult female subject, was taken into custody for DUI-Alcohol (1st offense).

Jan. 12:

Fraud: An officer responded to the Mesquite Police Department reference a report of identity theft.

Trespassing: Officer responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino for a report of a trespass violator. One male subject was issued a citation for trespass violation.

Nuisance or minor disturbance: An officer took a report of a male tampering with a motor vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a N. Grapevine Dr. residence, in reference to a domestic battery. An adult male subject was arrested for domestic battery.
