William Clark

On April 13 at approximately 6 p.m., Mesquite Police were made aware of a possible stolen vehicle in the Mesquite area.  Patrol officers located the vehicle at a grocery store parking lot and confirmed the vehicle was stolen out of Las Vegas.  Officers located one of the suspects still inside of the vehicle while attempting to ingest heroin and meth.  The other suspect was located inside of the grocery store.  The officers were able to safely take both suspects into custody.  Inside of the vehicle, officers located multiple items of drug paraphernalia, tools used for committing burglaries, crystal methamphetamines, and heroin.

Joslin Botelho

Both William Clark, 31, of Cedar City Utah, and Joslin Botelho, 28, of Las Vegas Nevada, were arrested and each charged with: One felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle, one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (meth), one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and one gross misdemeanor count of possession of burglary tools.

Due to the felony charges, both suspects were transported and booked into the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas Nevada.
