Everyone is invited to join a new fitness program the City of Mesquite Department of Athletics & Leisure Services is offering for the fall. The acronym is for High Intensity Interval Training/Low Impact Strength Training.

Come and join in this fun high energy, low impact cardio and strength training class that is designed for all participants and allows you to work at your own pace.

The goal of this class is to improve the overall health and fitness of each individual by enhancing their muscular strength, muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, and tone up at the same time.

Classes will be held at the Mesquite Recreation Center and taught by Samantha Jolley, a certified instructor. She recommends you wear comfortable clothing, proper shoes, bring a bottle of water and a towel. Classes will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings from 10 – 10:45 a.m.
