5/5/16

  • E-11, R-31, MPD responded to Mesquite BLVD and Pulsipher for a 3 vehicle accident. One person refused care and Fire units cleaned debris and fluid from the road.

5/6/16

  • E-11 Responded to Sandhill at the I-15 for a 2 vehicle accident. No injuries. E-11 cleaned up fluid and debris from the road to assist PD getting the road fully reopened.

5/8/16

  • E-11, R-11, R-31 Responded to I-15 mm1 AZ to assist Beaver Dam Fire with a single vehicle rollover. Arrived to find one patient ejected. That patient transported to Mesa View Hospital in extremely critical condition by R-11. 2 other patients with minor injuries also transported for evaluation.
