On Tuesday, March 22, the Exchange Club of Mesquite invites you to stop by an open house at the Mesquite Veterans Center, 840 W. Hafen Lane, anytime between 5 and 7 p.m.

The event is completely free, including refreshments.

What is the Exchange Club of Mesquite?

It’s an active group of community members – your neighbors – who have joined together to make our communities better places to live.

Among many other projects, the Exchange Club proudly presents the “One Thousand Flags Over Mesquite” veterans tribute at the Recreation Center field for a full week every Novembe, with the help of dozens of volunteers.

When the Mesquite Veterans Center prepares all those packages every Christmas to send to our troops serving around the world, the Exchange Club of Mesquite pays the postage.

“Give Me Liberty,” a popular educational Americanism program taught to 5th graders all across America, was created right here by the Exchange Club of Mesquite.

To learn more about these and the Exchange Club’s many other projects, please visit the open house on Tuesday March 22.

For those who would like to learn more but cannot attend the open house, please contact Paul Benedict at 702-346-6633, phbenedict@gmail.com or join them for lunch any Tuesday at Noon at the Veterans Center.
