Local Mesquite REALTORS® were busy throughout the month of April and closed 71 residential properties which is an increase of 29% over March 2015.
An additional 64 properties went into pending status for closure at a later date. Although this information does include some new home sales, it does not include all new home or private (for sale by owner) home sales.
Real estate professionals reported that 41 single family homes closed/sold during April 2015. The lowest priced home, a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1024 SF home in the Rivers Bend neighborhood sold for $103,500; the highest priced homes, a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2832 SF home in the Bella Horizon subdivision sold for $413,000. There were three single family homes that sold above $400,000 this month.
During this same time, 8 condos and 19 townhomes sold. An 1192 SF 2 bedroom/2 bath home in the Rock Springs Condo community sold for $61,000; a 3 bedroom/1.75bath, 1282 SF home located in the Falls Hillside Villas community sold for $113,000. The lowest priced townhome residence, an 1125 SF, 2 bedroom/1.75 bath home in the Mesa Townhomes subdivision sold for $95,000; the highest priced townhome residence, a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 2773 SF home in the Calais Townhomes neighborhood sold for $369,200.
One manufactured home sold. The home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1056 SF home in the Hacienda Estates community and, it sold for $68,500.
Two residential lots sold in the Bella Horizon subdivision for $95,000 each.
