300 Cars to be Sold at Last, Largest Surplus Sale of 2014

The preview and pre-registration period for the last and largest government surplus auction of the year opened Wednesday, Nov. 19 through Friday, Nov. 21, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the same address where Saturday’s auction will be held, 4320 Stephanie Street, off East Flamingo Road near Dog Fancier’s Park. The auction starts at 8 a.m.

Anyone interested in participating on site in Saturday’s sale must register as a bidder in person at the TNT Auction trailer set up on the auction lot. There is no cost to register. Payment is expected upon winning a bid. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks and money orders are accepted.

Saturday’s sale features about 300 vehicles and more than 800 lots of miscellaneous items used or acquired by area police departments and other government agencies including furniture, computers, bicycles, and electronics and other items from McCarran International Airport’s Lost and Found division.   Regular participants include area cities, the state of Nevada, the Clark County School District, UNLV and College of Southern Nevada.
