The Friends of the Mesquite Animal Shelter will be having a rummage sale on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 718 Hardy Way, across from the animal shelter. In the meantime, they are accepting donations for items to be sold at the sale, where funds will go directly to the items the shelter needs, but does not have coverage for. Items accepted include gently used china, décor, small appliances, house wares, toys, sporting goods, jewelry, books and pet supplies. No TVs or computers will be accepted.
Donations may be dropped off at the Animal Shelter, 795 Hardy Way, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For more information or to have items picked up from a location, call 702-346-7415 during those same hours.
