Recently, the Mesquite City Council approved two street name changes in Mesquite.
First, Ben Franklin Way, off of W Pioneer Blvd was changed to Wittwer Trail.
Second, a portion of Bertha Howe Way by the Sports and Events Complex was changed to World Champion Way.
