I hope this email finds you well.  We are the Event Coordinators for the upcoming 21st Annual 2025 Heart Walk, scheduled for Friday, February 14th. For more information regarding the event. Please take a look at the flyer and press release attached below. This exciting event aims to bring our community together while promoting health and wellness. 
 
We are reaching out to local businesses/organizations like yours to explore potential sponsorship opportunities. By partnering with us, you will not only support a great cause but also gain exposure to a diverse audience of participants, families, and spectators. As a sponsor, your organization will receive the following:
  • Your logo displayed on event materials, including banners, and flyers.
  • Recognition on our various social media platforms. Attached below is a social media demographic report which will allow you to see how popular we are within the community. 
  • Opportunities for on-site engagement through marketing pieces. 
  • Your logo on the back of our awesome Heart Walk t-shirts (design is attached below).
Sponsorship cost: $150.00
