And in her latest notable scoring splurge, she put together nine strikes including a 6-bagger en route to the highest game rolled by a woman in Mesquite bowling this season, a 265, and if she’d of tripped out the10 pin in the 8th frame we’d be talking about a 275.
Of the 36 games she’s bowled in the City High Rollers League this season, along with her 265, she’s also tossed a 256, 242 and 241. And her top six series scores include a 603, 602, another 602, 601, 590 and 587.

And her fond memories from numerous trips to Disneyland is the perfect segue into one of the top items on her bucket list is to visit every Disney Park in the world.
Now let’s pivot back to the very beginning of this column. Specifically, the bowling center in the Gold Coast Casino holds a special place in her heart. Growing up in Las Vegas, it’s where she got he first job, which in turn led to meeting a fellow worker who became the love of her life, and five years later her and Russ were married inside the bowling center at the Gold Coast which at the same time was hosting a High Rollers Tournament.
And every summer they go to Alaska where she pans for gold at the Crow Creek Mine in Girdwood, Alaska. And yes, she’s the one doing all the manual labor involved in the search of the gold, while Russ is the supervisor. OMG! Ouch!
