Personally this is just absurd! They want $6000.00 + plus a $35.00 fee to live in a apartment building. Enchantment is nice. But please, before inflation, a 2bd condo w/$6- $800. $2k a month for rent is already high for a house, yet a 2bd apt. I’m sorry, I just am amazed to think ppl are ok charging this much. L.A., Vegas, Chicago heck even Utah. But Mesquite and fixed income. Oh well. My personal opinion. Thanks
