Notice is hereby given that Nevada Bank & Trust Company, 210 Front Street, Caliente, Nevada 89008, has filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, an application to close the branch located at 599 W. Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite, Nevada 89027. In conjunction with this closure application, the Bank has filed with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, an application to establish a branch to be located at 191 E. Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite, NV 89027.
Any person wishing to comment on these applications may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office, 25 Ecker Street, Suite 2300, San Francisco, CA 94105, before processing of the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the 15th day following either the date of the last required publication or the date of receipt of the application by the FDIC, whichever is later. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the FDIC’s Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
