Mesquite Monthly
Mesquite seniors have a chance every month to take an AARP Driver Safety class, the nation’s first and largest refresher course designed specifically for drivers age 50 and older.
For over 40 years, the course has taught millions of drivers proven safety strategies so they can continue driving safely for as long as possible.
The four-hour class takes place the third Tuesday of each month. The next course is scheduled Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members.
The classes are located at Mesquite Senior Center 102 Old Mill Road. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Those interested in attending can call 702-246-5290 or 702-433-8995.
