Desert Dog announce schedule

The Las Vegas Desert Dogs’ inaugural National Lacrosse League schedule has been announced and includes nine home games at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The home opener is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m. against Panther City LC.

The Desert Dogs’ home opener will be televised nationwide on ESPN2 and also streamed live via ESPN+. The team’s first-ever game will be played on the road a week earlier on Friday, Dec. 9 against Panther City LC in Fort Worth, Texas. “We’re looking forward to an exciting, highly-competitive schedule in our inaugural season,” said head coach and general manager Shawn Williams. “We have some amazing home matchups on our plate, and I can’t wait for our fans here in Vegas to experience the game of box lacrosse up close and personal.” A limited number of tickets for the Desert Dogs’ inaugural home opener are being made available online for a 48-hour period of time starting now through 9AM PST on Thursday, Sept. 22 at LasVegasDesertDogs.com. Fans who are unable to obtain a ticket during this first window can join an exclusive waitlist featured on the same website to receive information about future ticket-purchasing opportunities. Information on tickets for the Desert Dogs’ other eight home games and season ticket packages (which guarantee tickets to the team’s opening home game) can also be found online at LasVegasDesertDogs.com. Following the team’s first two games against Panther City LV, the Desert Dogs will host two home games each month from January through April with the regular season wrapping up on Saturday, April 29, 2023 against the Saskatchewan Rush at home in Las Vegas.
