Some calls that Mesquite Fire and Rescue receives are not always included in the report, as a synopsis is not received. To show the amount of work our Fire and Rescue workers do, we are including a weekly roster of stats. There were 54 calls this week:

April 21:
Chest pain: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded on a person with chest pain. Patient signed out against medical advice.
Back pain: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded on a person with back pain. Patient transported to local hospital.
April 22:
Hemorrhage: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to a report of a sick person. Patient denied transport to the hospital.
Sick person: Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to the reports of a sick person. One person was transported to local hospital.
April 23:
Hemorrhage: Rescue 11 responded to the reports of a person having a traumatic bleed. One person was transported to local hospital.
Chest pain: Rescue 31 and Rescue 32 responded to the reports of a person having chest pain. One person was transported to local hospital.
April 24:
MVA with Injury: Rescue 11 was dispatched to provide Mutual Aide to Beaver Dam Little Field Fire Department for a vehicle accident. Rescue 11 was cancelled by requesting agency prior to arrival.
Patient Transport: Fire Station #3 dispatched for a Critical Care Interfacility Patient Transport from the local hospital to a Las Vegas area hospital. The request was then cancelled prior to any units being assigned.
April 25:
Falls Rescue 11 responded to a report of someone falling. An individual was assisted off floor. No medical complaint.
Choking Rescues 31 and 32 responded to a report of someone choking. On arrival it was found that no one was choking and there was no patient.
April 26:
Breathing Rescues 11 and 32 responded to a report of a Breathing Problem. One patient was transported to a local hospital.
Mental person: Rescue 11 responded to the lobby of the detention center for a person out with the Police complaining of depression. One person transported to the local hospital.
April 27:
Agency assistance: Rescue 31 responded to a assist Beaver Dam transport a patient to a St. George
area hospital.
Public assistance: Rescue 32 responded for a public assist. Rescue 32 cleared from scene.
