The Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery is proud and excited to announce the 2018 National Small Works ”Lucky 13” Exhibition & Competition.  The Gallery has been hosting this juried National exhibition for many years, and this year is especially exciting for the Gallery because it is their biggest year on record, with nearly 100 entries accepted – from New York to California, from Montana to South Carolina.  Every medium is represented with some new and surprising pieces you do not want to miss seeing.  The experience will envelope your senses and might even inspire the artist in you to come out and play.

The “Lucky 13” Exhibition runs from November 5 through December 29.  The Gallery is open Monday through Saturday 10am to 4pm.  All paintings are for sale – so what a fabulous opportunity to add to your collection or to find a very unique gift for someone!

The Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery & Gift Shop is truly a “Gem in the Desert,” offering not only the Community, but also the country at large, a bird’s eye view of what is possible when a desire to create meets a determination to grow and serve a greater vision.

The Virgin Valley Artists’ Association operates the Mesquite Fine Arts Center (consisting of the Gallery, the Gift Shop and the Pottery Studio) entirely with volunteers (there are no paid employees), who enthusiastically share their skills as artists and teachers, as well as helping educate the youth of the Community on the value of “art” in all areas of life.  “We stand proud as we expand the pulse of art and artistry through our dedication.”

The Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery & Gift Shop is located at 15 W. Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite, Nevada, and can be contacted via phone: 702-346-1338, email: vvarts@gmail.com, or website: www.mesquitefineartscenter.com.
