Mesquite Fire Rescue will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast and Open House during Fire Prevention Week to promote “Look.  Listen. Learn. Fire can happen anywhere. “

The event will take place Oct. 13 beginning at 8:00 a.m. and lasting until 10:00 a.m.  Through these educational, family-oriented activities, residents can learn more about the importance being aware.

The Mesquite Fire and Rescue will be giving station tours, CERT team information will be available and you can check out the new Firehouse Rock display.

Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) will also be stopping by to fuel up their bodies as the first stop on their annual poker run. The event will take place at Fire Station #3, 3 John Deere Dr.
