The Eastern Mine Fire, located about four miles south of Mesquite in the Virgin Mountains, is currently estimated at 350 acres and is 20 percent contained.
Approximately 75 firefighters are assigned to the fire including three handcrews, one engine, one UTV unit and a Single Engine Air Tanker.
No structures are threatened and no injuries have been reported. Containment is anticipated tomorrow by 6 p.m.
The Eastern Mine Fire was started by lightning on Saturday about 7 p.m.
