ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT – LITTLEFIELD (AZ STRIP)
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Chairez-Palafox, early Monday (12/24) afternoon. Approximately 1:45 p.m., deputies responded to an agency assist with the Department of Public Safety on a traffic stop on Interstate 15 at milepost 3. The driver identified himself as Chairez-Palafox with a Mexico ID card. With the assistance of Border Patrol, Chairez-Palafox was determined to be an illegal immigrant. Chairez-Palafox was taken into custody and transported to the Mesquite Jail with a Border Patrol hold. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
WARRANTS ARREST – BEAVER DAM (AZ STRIP)
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Evan William Pelletier, 30, of Beaver Dam, early Monday (12/24) evening on three misdemeanor warrants issued by North Canyon Justice Court for failure to appear. At about 7:20 p.m., deputies contacted Pelletier at a residence in the 700 block of North Flagstaff Drive regarding his outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody without incident. Pelletier was transported and booked into the Mesquite Jail.
