Thought:  “Never, never be afraid to do what’s right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. Society’s punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other  way.”

Martin Luther King, Jr

FEATURED DOG:

Pepper is a handsome young boy about 6-8 months of age. Found as a stray, he is a fun loving, happy all the time, glass is half full kind of dog looking for someone who loves to laugh and play around.  He is very intelligent and knows some commands and will show you over and over for your enjoyment how he can sit. Like any puppy, he is active and playful, yet wants a warm spot to cuddle with his person.  Will you give Pepper the FUR-ever home he’s been waiting for?

OTHER DOGS:

Kringle – Male, 6-7 mo Hound/Boxer, brindle and white

Karma – Female 8 mo Boxer blend

Disellie – Female 1-2 yr tan Hound Shepherd.

FEATURED CAT:

He loves to show off his unusual tail with stripes. Zinger will happily assist you in whatever it is you may be doing.  If you are looking for a lovable side kick, please stop in to meet Zinger. He is full of energy and will keep you entertained.  He would do better in a family with no children and be your only pet as he loves all of the attention.

OTHER CATS:

Chloe – Female 3 yr gray Tabby. Shy, needs quiet home.

All animals will be spayed or neutered prior to leaving shelter and receive 1 year rabies vaccination and city license.  Ages are approximated.
