FEATURED CAT:
The shelter still has 2 sets of kittens.
Winston loves to play and be held and Willow loves
to help with the sweeping! They are both black and white.
Nemo and Toffie are Siamese mix with striking coloration and beautiful eyes.
Each set of brother and sister loves being together.
The music of their purring is sure to relax and refresh you.

Sage – Female Siamese mix about 8-10 mos, beautiful blue eyes and unusual coloration
Siena – Female Siamese mix, 2 yrs
Girlfriend – Female 6 yr, gray and white, declawed
FEATURED DOG:
Doby is a wire haired Terrier mix. Friendly and playful.
Has spent most time outside so will need some housetraining.
This little guy needs someone to show him the comforts of indoor living in Mesquite.
He is a happy, tail wagging boy who just wants to please.
OTHER DOG:
Major - Male Border/Lab mix, black and white, 1-2 yrs
Nacho – Male 2 yr black and tan Chi. A bit overweight
Tinkerbelle – Female 4 mo black lab mix.
Yoko – Female 1 yr Rat Terrier, black and white
Chiquita – Female 1-2 yr black terrier, needs grooming
THE ANIMAL SHELTER IS ALWAYS IN NEED OF CARING VOLUNTEERS.
HOURS ARE 7-9AM CARING FOR AND EXERCISING DOGS AND CATS AND
11AM-1PM AT THE ADOPTION FRONT DESK AND/OR EXERCISING THE ANIMALS.
APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE SHELTER.
All animals will be spayed or neutered prior to leaving shelter and receive 1 year rabies vaccination
and city license. Ages are approximated.
The City of Mesquite Animal Shelter located at 795 Hardy Way is open for adoptions from 11am until 1 pm, Monday through Saturday.
