The Mesquite Cancer HELP Society (MCHS) has a special raffle planned this October -- National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Verizon has donated an iPad3 as the grand prize, an $800 value. Tickets cost $5 each and can be purchased at the MCHS office, 150 N. Yucca Street, No. 36.
The drawing is scheduled for Oct. 16. The winner need not be present, as long as the MCHS office has contact information.
