A fundraiser hoe-down, silent auction and dutch-oven dinner is scheduled for Oct. 20.
The event is to raise money for the Hughes Middle School Cheer Squad and Dance Team.
Scheduled from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in the Hughes Middle School gym, the meal is to include chicken, potatoes, salad, rolls and peach cobbler. Beverages are included.
Dinner tickets cost $10 each or two for $18.
