All who have expressed interest in the Taco Bell project at 450 North Sandhill Boulevard will be glad to know that permits have now been issued by the City, and the project is moving forward.
Westland Construction took out a demolition permit to remove the old Burger King building last week, and they obtained their Building Permit for the new Taco Bell building yesterday afternoon. They said we will start to see some activity at the site this weekend as they begin to mark out the areas for demolition.
Westland expects the demolition and new construction to be complete within 80 days. So perhaps by late-April they’ll be ready to open.
