The former Communist community of Nagykovacsi, Hungary has come up with an idea that may solve Mesquite's library problem.
In Mesquite, the current library is too small, but the Las Vegas Clark County Library District doesn't have the money necessary to expand or build a new one on the nice piece of property the city bought for it recently.
So what should our community do?
Drink.
