The Mesquite Salvation Army is now accepting Angel Tree Applications through October 18. You can sign up at The Salvation Army: 355 W. Mesquite Blvd. B-50, Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Every Christmas there are children who do not receive gifts because their families are struggling financially and cannot afford the expense. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program has been running for over 35 years to ensure that these children have a wonderful holiday season with their families.
Angel Tree is a personalized holiday assistance program in which an individual sponsor or group sponsor purchases new clothing and toys for a deserving child (or “Angel”) in need.
