The dirt will be turning… Thursday August 23 at 4:00 PM with an official Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Mesa Valley Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility located at 1328 Bertha Howe Ave in Mesquite Nevada. The project Architect is Pinnacle Architects PA and the General Contractor is MSL Construction LLC.
The Mesquite Chamber of Commerce is proud to be a part of this ceremony which when completed in summer of 2019, will be a one-story community of 54 assisted living apartment homes and a memory care neighborhood with 24 apartment homes. The amenities to include a bistro and coffee nook, movie theater, concierge, barber shop, beauty salon and wellness center. The outdoor areas will include enclosed courtyards with raised garden beds for resident gardeners and comfortable seating areas.
The services that will be available for the residents include prepared meals served in the dining room, housekeeping, laundry, exercise classes and transportation. A full-time nurse will be on staff. Personalized service plans are created for residents who need assistance with daily activities.
