Aug. 12:

Theft: Officers responded to a night club reference a theft.

Traffic stop: Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The adult male driver had an active warrant out of The Mesquite Municipal Court. The adult male was arrested for the warrant.

Theft: Officer responded to a residence on a report of a theft on Sandbar and Lonesome Dove Dr.. A report was completed.

Lost property: Officer responded and completed a report of lost property.

Suspicious person: Responded to a report of a sibling allegedly taking money from another. Subject was GOA.

Domestic violence: Responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Partridge Ln. Spoke to all parties involved.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. casino for a report of a male who had been trespassed from the property. Security signed a complaint for trespassing and the male left property. A female who accompanied the male had an active warrant and was taken into custody.

Suspicious person: Officers responded to a Concord Dr. neighborhood reference a suspicious incident involving two intoxicated pedestrians. An adult female was arrested for a felony warrant issued from a different agency.

Aug. 13:

Trespassing: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. business. One female adult was cited and released for a trespass violation.

Welfare check: An officer responded to a local parking lot in reference to a welfare check.  An adult female was taken into custody after an investigation.

Mental person: Officer was flagged down by a male suffering from PTSD. Male refused paramedics, was not armed, and his family was notified.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a business regarding a trespass situation. An adult female was arrested for jaywalking.

Property damage, non-vandalism: An officer responded to a Riverside Rd. residence in reference to property damage.

Lost property: Officer took a report of lost property. Men’s wallet was lost some time the day prior.

Fraud: Officer took a report of a fake $100.00 bill used at a local business.

Aug. 14:

Hit & Run: Officer completed a report of property damage.

Domestic violence: Officers responded to a Mesa Blvd. hotel on a report of a physical disturbance. One adult male was arrested for domestic battery.

Stolen vehicle: Responded to a report of a previous theft. After an investigation two adults were taken into custody for theft related charges.

Trespassing: Officer responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. business on a report of a trespass. One adult female was arrest for an outstanding bench warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court.

Lost property: An officer took a report of a lost wallet.

Trespassing: Officer responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. Casino on a trespass violator. One adult male was cited for trespassing and arrested for an active bench warrant out of Mesquite Municipal Court.

Suspicious person: An officer responded to a local overpass in reference to a suspicious person.

Theft: Officer responded to a W. Pioneer Blvd. business on a report of shoplifting. An adult female was arrested for petit larceny.

Verbal disturbance: An officer was dispatched to assist Mesquite fire and rescue. It was later learned a verbal fight occurred between to juvenile brothers. The family verbal fight was calmed. The mother of her two sons was arrested for an active warrant. She was transported to the detention center and

Hit & Run: Officers took a report of hit and run on a Garnet Ln., the second vehicle cannot be identified was not located. There is no suspect or witnesses to the incident.

Aug. 15:

Intoxicated person: An adult male was arrested for breach of peace. He was transported to the detention center and booked on the above charge.

Found property: Officer completed a found property report.

Trespassing: Officers responded to a residence for a call about a male causing a disturbance. The male was arrested for trespassing.

Fraud: A report was taken for a victim of a scam.

Phone Harassment: Officers responded to a Joshua Dr. residence reference a harassment call. A report was completed for documentation purposes.

Aug. 16:

Disorderly conduct: Officers were dispatched to a Falcon Ridge Pkwy convenience store, in reference to a disorderly in progress.  An adult female subject was taken into custody for destroy property of another (gross misdemeanor) and breach of peace.

Wanted person: A male was located and arrested for and an active bench warrant. The male was transported to the detention center and booked on the warrant.

Traffic accident W/O injury: Officers responded to an abandoned vehicle which had ran off the roadway. The owner was located and the vehicle was towed.

DUI: An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  The driver, an adult male subject, was taken into custody for DUI-Alcohol (1st offense) and a traffic offense.

Aug. 17:

Disorderly conduct: Officers responded to a Sandhill Dr. gas station reference an intoxicated male acting disorderly. One adult male was cited and released for breach of peace.

Civil matter: An officer responded to a W. Mesquite Blvd. residence in reference to a civil matter.

Threatening: Officers responded to a local business reference a report of threats.

Suicidal person: Officers responded to a local residence reference a suicidal person. One male was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

Aug. 18:

Wanted person: Responded to a report of a suspicious incident at a W. Mesquite Blvd. business. One adult female was arrested on a bench warrant.

Dead body: Officers responded to a Hardy Way residence on a report of a deceased person. Upon arrival Mesquite Fire and Rescue confirmed an adult male was deceased.

Burglary: A burglary report was taken after a resident found several items missing from his home.

Suspicious Person: Officers responded to a Mesquite Springs Dr. residence for a report of a theft. Officers were unable to determine if a theft occurred and no charges were filed.

Dead body: Officers responded to an E. Pioneer Blvd. casino reference a deceased person.

Traffic accident w/o injury: A report was taken for a traffic accident on a Mesquite roadway. No injuries were reported.
