7/11/2018 7:53:12PM Breathing Rescue 11 and Rescue 32 responded to a patient complaining of shortness of
breath. Rescue 11 transported the patient to the local hospital.

7/11/2018 5:29:09PM Patient Trans Rescue 31 called to local hospital for patient request to another facility. One patient transported to a Vegas local hospital Rescue 31 available.

7/11/2018 3:48:06PM Falls Rescue 11 called for a person complaining of a fall. One person transported to local hospital. Rescue 11 available.

7/11/2018 3:05:03PM Falls Rescue 31 and rescue 32 called for a person complaining of a ground level fall. One person transported to local hospital. Rescue 31 and rescue 32 available.

7/11/2018 11:00:44AM Heat/Cold Rescue 31 and Rescue 32 responded for patient complaining of heat exhaustion. Patient refused transport to hospital and sign AMA.

7/12/2018 5:42:59AM Hemorrhage Rescue 11 & 32 dispatched to a report of a patient hemorrhaging. Patient was transported to a local hospital.

7/12/2018 11:55:42PM Falls Rescue 31 responded to report of a fall victim. Individual signed out Against Medical Advice.

7/12/2018 10:14:08PM Chest Pain Rescue 11 responded to report of an individual with chest pain. Individual signed out Against Medical Advice.

7/12/2018 7:31:13PM Unconscious Rescue 11 & 31 responded to reports of a patient who was unconscious. The patient was transported to a local hospital.

7/12/2018 5:47:08PM Falls Rescue 31 responded to reports of a patient who had sustained a ground level fall. The patient required a lift assist only and was not transported to the hospital.

7/12/2018 5:45:37PM Stroke (CVA) Rescue 11 & 32 responded to reports of a patient who was having a possible stroke. The patient was transported to a local hospital.

7/12/2018 4:45:04PM Sick Person A patient came to Fire Station #3 seeking moderate medical attention. Medical care was given and the patient did not wish to be transported to the hospital.

7/12/2018 2:48:03PM Falls Rescue 31 responded to report of a fall victim. Individual did notvhave any medical complaints and only needed help getting up off the ground.

7/12/2018 11:40:40AM Falls Rescue 11 responded to reports of a patient who had sustained a ground level fall. The patient was transported to a local hospital.
