June 29, 1918: Dr. Mc Gregor was called from St. George to the beside of Vern Pollock who has been sick for the last two weeks. Dr. says he had Typhoid Fever he is doing fine now.
June 30, 1909, Littlefield: Our boys have been on the Mountain taking care of the cattle and mending the corrals.
June 30, 1919, Littlefield: Len Carter and Abel Riding from St George, are here finishing the carpenter work on Joseph H Reber’s beautiful new house.
July 3, 1919: Glen Webb, the teacher at the Shivwits Indian school, was here on business Tuesday.
July 3, 1922, Littlefield: was visited by a terrible hailstorm last week. The hailstones were as large as hen’s eggs. Much damage was done to the fruit and vegetable gardens.
July 3, 1923: Harold Reber son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H Reber and a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Syphus of St Thomas Nevada were married in the St George Temple. The bride’s parents accompanied them. They are both highly respected in both towns and their many friends wish them well. They leave on their honeymoon Thursday to Yellowstone National park.
