I would like to congratulate Jayden Perkins who just received the Las Vegas Review Journals Male Athlete of the year award for Nevada prep athletics. We loved watching him play the last few years for the Virgin Valley HS football team. He has great speed and quickness and will make a great college back some day. I understand that he is going on a mission this fall so his college career will have to wait. In addition to football, Mr. Perkins excelled at basketball and baseball. Three sport athletes are very rare these days. Again, congratulations.
