Stunning paintings, ceramics, digital art and jewelry were on display during the month of March for the Artist’s Showcase.

Several local artists covered a four by eight-foot space in the gallery which provided an eclectic floor to ceiling exhibit and kept the guest’s eyes roaming the room. The showcased art doesn’t stop in the front of the gallery like it usually does, local artists’ displays continue all the way to the back of the gallery. While in the back, you can also get a look at the marvelous digital photography on display for the March Artist of the Month.

Beautiful works of art are on currently on display during the Virgin Valley Artists Association’s Artists’ Showcase. Works in many mediums, like these digital photos by artist Roger Ingbretsen, are on display during the month of March. Photo by Teri Nehrenz

An open house reception will be held on Thursday, March 22, at the Mesquite Fine Arts Center, 15 W. Mesquite Blvd. from 4-6 p.m.

Come help celebrate these wonderful artists who enrich our lives visually. Wander around the gallery and meet the people who created the exciting and beautiful artwork. If you feel inclined to take a piece home, you can do that; all artwork on display is for sale.
