Mesquite Police Department’s Every 15 Minutes Program at Virgin Valley High School

The Mesquite Police Department will be organizing the nationally recognized Every 15 Minutes program at Virgin Valley High School.  The Every 15 Minutes program is an emotionally charged two-day event designed to promote the potentially dangerous consequences of drinking alcohol while driving.  This powerful program challenges students to think before consuming alcohol, personal safety, and the responsibility of making mature decisions.

In the month of February the Mesquite Police Department will be conducting the program with the support of Mesquite Fire & Rescue and Mesa View Hospital.

Many local businesses have committed to donating goods and services towards this event, but there are still opportunities to help.  For more information contact School Resource Officer Justin Goodsell at 702-371-3018.  Donations can also be made in person at the Mesquite Police Department, located at 695 Mayan Circle.  The front desk at the police department is open during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
