After finishing 2017 with a successful Christmas Benefit Show, the Mesquite-Toes Tap Team is poised to improve upon their show with new classes and dances. The Christmas Benefit Show raised over $2000 for each of the local charities which were ‘Shop with a Cop’ program and Mesquite Cancer Help Society.

Starting on Monday, January 8, classes for all four tap teams plus a tap technical steps instruction, two clogging teams, two jazz teams, and the Musical theater group will begin. The experienced Mesquite-Toes instructors are able to teach anyone whether you are male or female or you have experience or not.  New this year is a clogging technical steps instructional class presented by our certified instructor, Debbie Miller.

To check for a class schedule for times please refer to the web site www.mesquitetoestapteam.com. All classes are held at the studio which is located at the Mesquite Campus Room #35 on 150 N. Yucca Street and the cost is minimal. Any new dancer can participate without having to purchase shoes since the studio has many to use if needed or you can dance in your socks!

All of these spring classes are working toward a fantastic annual Dance Spectacular. The Dance Spectacular performances are Friday, April 20 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 21 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. All performances will be at the Mesquite Community Theater located at 150 N. Yucca.
