Community members are invited to meet with Andy Barton, Mesquite City Manager, at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18. This open forum will be held at the Pioneer Center in Sun City, located at 1350 Flat Top Mesa Dr.  The forum is open to all Mesquite residents.
