6/28/17

E-11, R-31 Responded to I-15 mm 99 to assist Clark County Fire with a single vehicle rollover. Arrived to find CCFD on scene with multiple patients. R-31 transported 2 patients to UMC Trauma in Las Vegas for evaluation of injuries.

6/30/17

E-11, E-31 responded to the Virgin River in Bunkerville to the north of Fire Station 71 for a brush fire. Arrived to find 2 to 3 acres burning in heavy brush in an area not accessible to structural fire engine. E-31 was released. E-11 monitored fire pending arrival of BLM resources who utilized air tanker drops and hand crews to control fire. Scene was then turned over to wildland crews from CCFD to finish containment and E-11 returned to service.

7/1/17

E-11 Responded to a home on Bulldog Drive for a reported trash fire in front of home. Mesquite PD advises when they arrived there was a planter against the front of the home burning. They pulled it away from the home. E-11 found planter burning in driveway with scorching to the house. Confirmed the home was not burning and extinguished planter. Fire is believed to be accidental in nature.

7/2/17

E-11, R-11 Responded to Desert Springs, AZ to assist Beaver Dam Fire with a structure fire. E-11 protected exposures on the A/B corner of the structure and extinguished debris burning in the area before being released from the scene.

 

 

Non-Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, Incidents handled by other agencies.
