Tuesday, June 6, a tour group of about 50 people from the Senior Center in Murray, Utah, visited with the donkeys at the Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue satellite adoption center in Scenic, Arizona.
The group enjoyed their time learning about the donkey rescue and meeting the donkeys. The tour group is staying in Mesquite for a few days at the Casa Blanca.
One of the visitors was Mary, a 94 year old lady who was a Bombardier during WWII. Joan and Fred who manage the rescue, said they were pleased to meet all the wonderful people on the tour and hoped that they had enjoyed their time at the rescue.
