E-11, R-11 Noticed a column of smoke in the area behind the community garden off Hafen Lane. Found a 20’ x 40’ pile of landscaping debris on fire with no one in area. Illegal burning extinguished without incident. E-11 and E-31 returned later after it appeared the fire rekindled.
6/6/17
E-11, R-11 Responded to the area of I-15 mm 122 for a report of a vehicle off the road. Located the incident in Arizona at mm 0.7. Passenger vehicle nearly rolled over and left the roadway. All occupants denied injury.

E-11, E-31 Responded to Middle Lane in Bunkerville to assist with a possible structure fire. Shed fire knocked down by Bunkerville prior to arrival of Mesquite. E-11 assisted overhaul and with scene lighting

E-11, E-31 Responded to Riverside Rd and Tobler Lane in Bunkerville for a structure fire. Arrived to find a single wide mobile home fully involved with fire. Assisted Bunkerville with fire suppression as well as water supply before being released.
6/9/17
E-11, R-11 Responded to a single vehicle rollover I-15 mm 120. Driver was transported to Mesa View by R-11 for evaluation.
6/11/17
E-11 Responded to Beaver Dam to assist with a Structure Fire. Assisted with suppression and overhaul.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, Incidents handled by other agencies.
