In a phone call on June 23, sources clarified that the construction happening at Exit 9 at Desert Springs in Arizona is nothing more than a gas station with two restaurants.

The facility, which is 9,800 square feet, will house the gas station as well as a Subway sandwich shop and a burger restaurant.

The source, who is close to both this project and the one at Exit 118 for 333 Eagles Landing, requested to remain anonymous but said that the Arizona facility should be complete within the next eight months, while the truck stop at Exit 118, which is about 20,000 square feet, will take a bit longer due to its size.
