Themed monthly exhibitions at the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery are intended to keep artists working on their creations over the hot summer months and to engage the gallery’s audience. June’s theme, “The View from here,” is doing both.

Many different interpretations of that theme from a variety of local artists are entered in the show that runs now through July 1.

Artwork, in a variety of mediums depicting the artist’s interpretation of ‘The View from Here’ is on exhibit to view during museum hours 10 a.m. 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, admission is free. For more information on future exhibits visit their website at www.mesquitefineartscenter.com/.
