Get ready for some happy feet when the Mesquite Toes once again are ready to entertain the crowd at their Spring Dance Spectacular.
Tickets are on sale at Danielle’s Chocolates, Mesquite Chamber of Commerce, Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery and the Mesquite Community Theatre Box Office one hour before show times. See the schedule below for dates and times.
Workforce Connections is available to all eligible residents who desire a one-stop shopping trip to training and future employment.
Workforce Connections partners with local employers and businesses to meet their needs. It is a one-stop delivery system serving Southern Nevadans seeking training and employment services. The youth services will help youth complete their education whether it be by the traditional graduation process or obtaining your GED and entering post-secondary schooling.
Workforce Connections presently holds an orientation class every Thursday from 1-2 p.m. at the Mesquite Library, 121 W. First North St. but a career counselor is available at the library during regular business hours. There is also a Workforce Connections office located inside the Salvation Army Offices at 355 W. Join the Virgin Valley Elementary School (VVES) kids as they perform their version of Summer Camp, a fun musical directed by VVES Music teacher Jenny Bennet. Performances are at the elementary school tonight at 6 p.m.
