E-11, E-31, R-11: Responded to Virgin Valley High School for an activated smoke alarm. No visible smoke or fire. Panel shows smoke alarm cafeteria. Found gathering using smoke machine in area. No emergency. Units assisted in clearing room so alarm would reset.

E-31 Responded to a residence in Sun City for a report of a fire in the backyard. Found a “campfire” in which the homeowner was also burning landscaping waste. Homeowner was advised he could not burn waste and he advised he would stop.

E-11, E-31, R-11: Responded a structure fire on Main Street in Bunkerville. Mesquite Firefighters assisted Bunkerville knocking down the fire and with overhaul to ensure it was out, before returning to Mesquite approximately 2 hour later.
E-11, R-31: Responded to a home on Mohave Drive for a report of an oven on fire. No visible smoke or fire upon arrival. Homeowner reports her smoke alarm went off and she found a fire inside her oven. She disconnected power to the oven and ventilated her home, but did not call Fire Rescue for 20 minutes. Crews found no minimal residual heat in oven and advised homeowner to repair or replace oven before reusing.
