Adrianna Guzman and Melissa Lopez struck goal for the Roadrunners. The Bulldog coach made a formation adjustment to begin the second period which resulted in a goal by Kallie Graves with 21 minutes remaining in the game. Abbie Barnum followed with a goal from 40 yards out on a direct kick.

The Dawgs could not follow their success as they gave up goals to goals to Lopez and Alysia Mestas giving the Roadrunners a 4-2 victory.

“We played a better team today,” said Bulldog coach Snell. “We needed a quick start but didn’t get it. TECH took us out of our game and we need to regroup. We played better in the second half, and who knows what could have happened if we did the same in the first half.”

The Bulldog’s record fell to 3-1 in league play while the Roadrunners went to 4-0.
