Wedgie’s Sports Bar first opened March 14 atop the hill, offering a non-smoking atmosphere for its customers as well as a wide array of food from basic chicken strips to grilled salmon or prime rib.
Currently open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with Happy Hour between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. daily, Wedgie’s will eventually be 24-hours once they have been approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
There are various daily lunch and dinner specials not featured on the menu, such as their Brunch Menu offered from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Featuring 40 flat screen televisions, Wedgie’s manager Chris Hennig promises that it is the place people will want to be when watching sporting events year-round. They have NFL Sunday Ticket and will run their Happy Hour Specials with other food specials during the football games, Thursday night, all day Saturday and Sunday and for Monday Night Football.
Another feature available in the bar area is Golden Tee, a digital golf game and a classic jukebox with a wide array of music from many eras.
