I was very impressed with a recent trip to Jack in the Box on Sandhill Blvd.  Manager, Jorge Chavelas, has done a fantastic job of taking customer service to the next level.

Your fast food experience will never be the same after you’ve been served your food, at your table, personally by Chavelas who will no doubt be sporting a smile that lights up the dining room.

Chavelas has been an employee of Jack in the Box for 10 years.  This was and has been his first and only job in the US.

When Chavelas started his career with Jack in the Box he began as a janitor/maintenance man but has since worked his way up through the ranks  to manager and has loved it every step of the way.

Watch him for 5 minutes and you’ll see how hard a worker he is.  He is everywhere doing everything that needs to be done.  You’ll also notice his speed and efficiency.  There are no wasted steps, he knows exactly where he’s going and what he’s doing and he does it all with a great big smile.

He says he can’t imagine doing anything else, he loves his job and all of his Mesquite customers.

Mesquite residents aren’t the only customers who Chavelas makes feel special.  The Smith/Byington Family was passing through Mesquite on their way to Black Foot, ID after visiting San Diego, CA. They were very impressed with the personalized service they received at the local Jack in the Box.

Great job Jorge Chavelas, keep up the good work!

I so miss popeyees chicken, i dont know what Terribles was thinking but it sure doesnt have the best interest in Mesquite. I will never figure out why Black sold it to him, his gas is higher and what does he contribute to our find city. lets get people in here whom will help Mesquite insstead of what s in it for me AND THE GO OF THE CITY TO HELP IT GROW, EXCEPT THE MONEY IN TREIBBLES POCKET. I USE TO GO TO DEL TACO ALSO BUT NEVER AGAIN SINCE HE HAS IT TOO. STAY IN LAS VEGAS AND TAKE YOUR GREED THERE. HOPEFULLY THER IS A GOOD COMPANY THAT WILL COME TO MESQUITE WITH THE INTENTIONS OF BETTER AND HELP OUR TOWN GROWN AND HAVE AN NOTHER PLACE FOR CHICKEN INSTEAD OF K F C. I KNOW THE TOWN IS CONTROLED BUT IT HAS TO BE FOR THE GOOD OF THE INVESTOR AND THE CITY.

  2. Great recognition Jorge and well deserved! I have business dealings with him as well and can testify that this is his character.
