The Virgin Valley Junior Golf Association(VVJGA) is holding clinics at the CasaBlanca Golf courses on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays until June 23. They would like to work with any junior willing to further their golfing career by helping to find golf-based scholarships.
The VVJGA is a 501 (3)(c) non-profit organization dedicated to young people and golf. It was formed in 1987 to promote the traditions of golf and encourage competition and camaraderie among junior golfers.
VVJGA was created to educate young people about the game of golf, the skill, self-discipline, the competition and the joy of the game. They are happy to provide golf tournaments, instruction, college information classes, rules, and life skill classes to juniors between the ages of 4-18. By participating in VVJGA, juniors develop lifelong skills and memorable experiences that will last a lifetime.

The Mesquite Library has several classes to help you develop your computer skills, crafting, coloring and adult movies if you happen to be looking for something to do indoors this summer. There are a ton of activities to keep children entertained as well.
