Mesquite Regional Business, Inc. (MRB) announced the receipt of a $3,333.00 investment from 333 Eagles Landing. Eagles Landing is planning to start construction of a 10,000 to 12,000 square foot travel center that includes a quick service restaurant sometime within the first year after the new Exit 118 interchange is completed this summer. They have worked closely with MRB to try and accomplish this.
333 Eagles Landing Manager Prakash Gupta presented the check to MRB President & CEO George Gault, saying, “We at 333 Eagles Landing, LLC truly appreciate George’s hard work and the opportunity to work with him and consider him as an important member of our team. I highly recommend George Gault and/or Mesquite Regional Business Inc. to anyone who is looking to invest and/or find opportunities within the Mesquite area.”
Doug Reath, Premier Properties’ Realtor was present when the check was presented to MRB. MRB works in coordination with local realtors to provide support when they are meeting with clients.
Reath added, “MRB is a valuable resource and we encourage other commercial real estate professionals to utilize their services.”
All MRB’s services are free to businesses requesting information and/or assistance to expand their businesses in the Mesquite Region. To date, MRB has successfully assisted Star Nursery, UTI Transport, Deep Roots Medical, REV Group and Solstice RV Park in establishing their presence in the Mesquite region.
