The Virgin Valley Heritage Museum is excited to announce upgraded search capabilities for the Museum’s online collection. In the past, interested parties had to go directly to MesquiteNVMuseum.org to search the catalog and view results. Now, interested parties can simply google an individual’s name or a specific place and the results from the Museum’s online catalog will appear directly in the Google search results.
Elspeth Kuta, Museum Coordinator, said, “This opens up a whole new area of information for family members, researchers and genealogists. Historically, if people didn’t know to search the Museum’s online catalog, they would never see all the information that the Museum has on file about a particular individual or event. Now, these results will appear on screen as a result of a regular Google search. No matter where you are in the world, you can now look at the museum’s entire collection online.”
