Other than presidential candidates, no candidates running for elected office can erect political signs in public until 60 days prior to the primary election date, June 14 and 60 days prior to the general election date, Nov 1.
So for now the public will be spared of political campaign signs until Apr. 14. Any signs already erected must be removed, according to city officials.
